At the September 9th meeting of the Quakertown Community School Board, directors amended the Health & Safety Plan to encourage parents who self-report a positive COVID case to go to their nearest medical facility to conduct a verifiable COVID test. The School District can communicate the self-reporting to the Bucks County Health Department (BCDOH). The district will only use verifiable positive COVID tests in their case counts and what is communicated to the community. Moving forward, the Board will also use BCDOH data, which can be found here.
