The Bucks County Children and Youth Social Services Agency is responsible under Pennsylvania Public Law to receive and investigate reports of child abuse and neglect, provide for the temporary care of children not able to remain with their own families and develop community-wide social service programs that promote family stability. The Synergy Project
The Bucks County Street Outreach Program, locally and nationally known as the SYNERGY PROJECT, serves runaway, homeless and street youth between ages 12 and 21. The Street Outreach Team travels throughout the county connecting youth with the help they need. Youth receive access to emergency shelter, survival aid, counseling, referrals for specialized services, crisis intervention, and education and employment assistance.
