A committee of five members will be formed to vote on nominated candidates for the Wall of Fame. The committee will consist of one member of the Quakertown Alumni Association, one member of the QCEF, one member of the QCEA, one member as chosen by the superintendent, and one At-Large member.
- The committee members will identify 50 percent of the candidate list to move to the next round, but rounded down. For example, if there are 12 candidates, they will select 6 candidates; if there are 13 candidates, they will also select 6 candidates.
- A maximum of three candidates may be inducted into the Wall of Fame each year.
- Only candidates who receive 75 percent or more "Yes" votes will be further considered.
- If less than three candidates receive 75 percent or more "Yes" votes, then those with 75 percent or more "Yes" votes will be inducted into the Wall of Fame.
- If more than three candidates receive 75 percent or more "Yes" votes, then the three candidates with the three highest percentages will be inducted into the Wall of Fame.
- In the event of a tie, a second round of voting will occur only to break the tied positions. For example, if two people have 100 percent yes votes, and three received 80 percent of yes votes, then the two people with 100 percent yes votes will be inducted, and a second round of voting occurs with the three candidates with 80 percent yes votes.
- In the second round of voting, committee members will select only their top choice for the Wall of Fame. Selection will happen in order of the greatest percentage of votes.
- In the event of subsequent ties, further voting rounds will be conducted in the same manner as the second voting round, until three candidates have been identified.
